How People Business assisted Crest Nicholson

People Business partnered with Crest Nicholson to assist them with the selection of a Senior Director for one of their Divisions.

We selected Hogan psychometrics to assess personal characteristics of shortlisted candidates. These results then provide a comprehensive, valid and in-depth summary of the candidates’ strengths, values and performance challenges. Once we had the psychometric reports, we arranged feedback sessions with each of the shortlisted candidates to both provide them with the feedback and to check accuracy and validity with them.

Further to the feedback sessions we compared each of the candidates’ results with suitability and likely future success within the role and provided comprehensive reports to the interview panel giving them important areas they may want to probe at interview.

Finally, we held a feedback session with the HR Director to debrief the full process.

What our client said

“I am a great believer in psychometrics to provide a more in-depth understanding of the interview candidates.  They should never be used in isolation but a great tool to be part of a robust interview process.”

Jane Cookson, Group HR Director
