How People Business assisted Crest Nicholson
People Business partnered with Crest Nicholson to assist them with the selection of a new Managing Director for one of their Divisions.
We selected Hogan psychometrics to assess personal characteristics of shortlisted candidates. These results then provide a comprehensive, valid and in depth summary of the candidate’s strengths, values and performance challenges. Once we had the psychometric reports we arranged feedback sessions which each of the shortlisted candidates to both provide them with the feedback and to check accuracy and validity with them.
Further to the feedback sessions we compared each of the candidates results with suitability and likely future success within the role and provided comprehensive reports to the interview panel giving them important areas they may want to probe at interview.
Finally we held a feedback session with the Head of Human Resources to debrief the full process.
What our client said
“I am a great believer in psychometrics to provide a more in-depth understanding of the interview candidates. They should never be used in isolation but a great tool to be part of a robust interview process.”
