Values, vision and purpose play a huge role in the success of an organisation. They define what it stands for, set the tone for its culture, provide direction, inspire motivation, attract and retain talent – not a step to be missed.

Values

Vision

An organisation’s vision concisely articulates where it wants to be – what its long-term goal is. It should be a source of inspiration and direction for everyone involved in the organisation.

Purpose

The purpose, or mission, of an organisation answers the question, why? It is the reason for pursuing the vision in the first place and clarifies what the organisation is trying to achieve.
