Natalie Chotai, Senior HR Consultant
Natalie has over 25 years of generalist HR experience, including ten years at senior management level, most recently as HR Director for an internet security company. She has diverse experience with organisations of all sizes from SMEs and charities to large blue-chip multi-nationals, and across a range of industries.
She is a trusted advisor, excellent at building client relationships, who quickly gets to the heart of issues and provides sound, practical solutions to people-related matters. She provides a healthy mix of pragmatism, proactivity and a sense of humour, and she is passionate about providing a professional service and delivering results.
With a degree in Psychology and Sociology, and MCIPD and Chartered Membership of the CIPD, Natalie is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and leads on wellbeing for People Business.
