Jess is a CIPD qualified human resources generalist with over 20 years’ human resources experience. She and has enjoyed working in HR in a variety of organisations in different sectors  – including investment banking, education, healthcare, and conferencing and events.

Outside work Jess enjoys looking after her two lively spanielssocialising and open water swimming.
