As an extension to the HR services we offer, we offer fractional HR and interim HR services. These can be provided as part of a retained contract or on a temporary basis.
Fractional HR
With broad and deep expertise to support organisations – typically SMEs, start-ups and growing businesses – fractional HR can provide on-demand access to a senior-level HR professional without having to hire a full-time Head of People that you don’t have the budget for, or indeed may not even need. Robust enough to credibly interact and collaborate with the founders/leadership team/CEO, and with a toolkit and network that can quickly create value, a fractional HR person can help your organisation grow and evolve.
Typically, fractional HR specialists do not hold direct authority over decisions and rather collaborate with the leadership team to provide strategic expertise and guidance in specific areas of HR on a flexible basis. Their role is more akin to a senior advisor or consultant who is available to help when an organisation most needs them.
Interim HR
Interim HR is slightly different yet still requires the senior-level expertise that our team offers. Our clients can draw on our HR consultants’ breadth and depth of experience either to lead particular projects or to stand in as a senior HR leader on a temporary basis.
One main difference between interim and fractional HR is that the interim HR professional tends to take on the responsibility and authority of the role while making decisions and driving initiatives.
