Individual Coaching
Individual Coaching
Coaching can provide you with essential ‘time-out’ from the frantic pace of day-to-day pressures of work. Each coaching session focuses on your personal development. We don’t follow a set structure; instead we encourage you to work through issues that are preventing you from reaching your fullest potential and to build both confidence and competence.
Sometimes, you need to simply ‘press pause’ and to reflect on what is working well for you and what you need to pay attention to in order to be more productive and confident.
You might be experiencing challenges with:
- flexing or developing your leadership style,
- personal brand or self-belief
- personal effectiveness
- getting the most from your teams,
- managing tricky but crucial relationships,
- understanding and resolving conflict or
- deciding a future path.
Coaching usually takes place over a period of 6 to 9 months with an agreed number of one-and-a-half-hour sessions. Let us help you understand exactly what you are looking for so that we can match you with a selection of coaches. You will meet each coach for a 30 minute ‘chemistry’ session which is free of charge. Once a coach is agreed, you will agree mutually convenient dates to meet either face-to-face or virtually.
A comments from a client who has received individual coaching
“When Graeme outlined the GBQ questionnaire I was an eager participant as I lead a highly diverse, experienced professional team of HR business partners spread across Europe. …I was really interested in gathering feedback through a third party so that I could learn and examine how I could adjust to enable them even more in their roles – specifically I wanted to hear their group voice on what I should keep doing, where I should adjust my approach or simply not do anymore!
There were some ‘ah ha’ moments, particularly when seeing how I had assessed myself on the scale. It was a really impactful session, so much so that we will recommend that this be used in some of our leadership teams in the future.“
