Our client, a wealth management firm, offers advice on many aspects of wealth management, working with individuals to achieve their financial goals. They pride themselves on a personalised approach to investment planning, protection planning and retirement planning.
They approached People Business to support them with dignity and respect training for all their 27 staff members. This included support staff, financial advisors and directors. They were keen to bring all staff up to speed with the latest principles and best practices in relation to this topic. As a relatively small team, the importance of working well together and thereby treating everyone with dignity and respect is paramount.

How People Business assisted our client
After initial conversations with our client, it was felt that the optimum way of reaching everyone would be through eLearning. This was timed to coincide with an all-team quarterly event. All staff were asked to complete the eLearning prior to the event and then during the event, a senior director ran a short, facilitated session on the topic. This helped to check understanding of the learning and give an opportunity for staff to discuss the topics in an open forum.
People Business created and hosted the eLearning for the 27 employees and then supported the senior director by crafting questions to use during the facilitated session.
